Absolutely wonderful cookware set. I wasn't familiar with the Miu name before ordering, but had seen a review online that said their 5-ply line was comparable to All-Clad. I own quite a bit of All-Clad, and so far this Miu cookware compares very favorably - at less than half the price of All-Clad. If you're looking for a high quality set, but don't want to spend 00 or more, this is a fabulous buy.

MIU France 5-Ply Clad 10-Piece Cookware Set, Item #: 95077. Originally designed for professional chefs, each pan has 5 layers, bonded together to ensure even heating. The pure aluminum core is fused with two aluminum alloy layers, sandwiched between durable magnetic stainless steel. The hand-polished 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface won't react with food. The fry pans are coated with a professional grade Eclipse Nonstick surface that cleans up quickly. The long handles are stay cool. Each handle is secured with non-corrosive rivets. Note: The lids handles are not stay cool, use a potholder when lifting. The lids are made of tight fitting stainless steel. This set can be used with electric, gas or induction type stoves.
